WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
All your products in your order are eligible for an exchange, given that they are not used and damaged.

The price/brand tags and all original packaging must be intact.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you request a return or exchange on the same order more than once, a shipping fee of ₹99 will apply.

Note: Coupons cannot be clubbed; only one coupon can be applied to a single order.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED PRODUCT?
In the unusual case where you receive a damaged or defective product from us; please immediately notify us at Groupyou.me@gmail.com with pictures of the product and we'll instantly replace it for you as per the stock availability.

Please ensure you keep the product unused. Notify us within 07 days of receiving the order.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A WRONG PRODUCT? SOMETHING I DID NOT ORDER.
In the unusual case where you receive a product which is not a part of your order; please immediately notify us at Groupyou.me@gmail.com with pictures of the product and we'll instantly replace it for you.

Please ensure that you keep the product unused, unworn and unwashed. Notify us within 07 days of receiving the order.

RETURN OR REPLACEMENT WILL BE VOID if:

-The return request exceeds 07 days from the date of receipt of the order by the customer.

-The product has been used.

-The damage is due to misuse of the product - Any damage/defect caused by a third party like laundry/washing machine or ironing service.

-The product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box/pouch, tags and barcodes, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered.

-Products returned are different from what was shipped.

Note: Please be advised that any request for a refund, return, or exchange will not be processed if the product is received in a condition that differs from its original state.
